Privacy Policy
Effective 7 September 2026
This website is operated by Boden Garside, the registered holder of BrandB (ABN 96 632 500 145), trading publicly as Brand B.
What this policy covers
This policy explains how personal information is handled when you visit this website, contact Brand B or follow a link to book a workshop. It does not replace the separate privacy practices of services such as Netlify or Humanitix.
Information you provide
The contact form asks for your name, email address, enquiry type and message. An organisation name is optional. Brand B uses this information only to understand and respond to your enquiry, manage any resulting correspondence and keep necessary business records. The form does not ask for a phone number, payment information or marketing consent.
Do not include sensitive information in the message field unless it is necessary for your enquiry.
Website hosting and contact forms
This website is hosted by Netlify. Netlify processes website requests and may collect technical information such as an IP address, browser and device information, requested pages and request times to operate and protect its service.
Contact-form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify so Brand B can read and respond to them. Netlify is a United States company and uses infrastructure and service providers in multiple locations, so information may be processed outside Australia. Read Netlify's Privacy Statement (opens in a new tab).
Humanitix bookings and cookies
Workshop bookings and payments are completed through Humanitix. Brand B does not collect card details through this website. Humanitix collects booking, attendee, technical and payment-related information under its own practices and shares relevant attendee information with event hosts.
The Humanitix checkout loads automatically when you open the Workshops page. Your browser then connects to Humanitix and payment-service providers that may include Airwallex, Stripe, Google Pay, Braintree and PayPal. Those services may set necessary, functional, analytics or other cookies and process technical information. A direct Humanitix link is provided if the embedded form does not appear.
Humanitix states that it stores personal information on servers hosted in Sydney and may share information with service providers and related entities. Its international operations include Australia, New Zealand, the United States and the United Kingdom. Read the Humanitix Privacy and Cookie Policy (opens in a new tab).
Local storage, analytics and external links
This website uses one item of browser local storage, brandb-theme, to remember whether you selected light or dark mode. It is stored on your device and is not used to identify you.
Brand B does not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels or social-media tracking scripts on this website at launch. Instagram, TikTok and Google Maps are simple outbound links; their services load only after you follow a link and are governed by their own privacy practices.
Sharing, retention and security
Brand B does not sell personal information. Information is disclosed only when needed to operate the website, respond to an enquiry, manage a workshop, work with relevant service providers or comply with law.
Brand B keeps contact correspondence and form submissions only for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, business administration, dispute handling or legal obligations. Records that are no longer needed are deleted or de-identified where practical. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Access, correction and privacy enquiries
You can ask what personal information Brand B holds about you, request correction, or raise a privacy concern by emailing brandb.sydney@gmail.com. Brand B may need to confirm your identity before providing or changing information.
Updates to this policy
This policy will be updated when the website's information-handling practices materially change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
