Refund Policy

Effective 7 September 2026

Workshop bookings are non-refundable. You may move your booking once to another available Brand B workshop by contacting us at least 48 hours before your original session. Within 48 hours, bookings cannot be refunded or rescheduled, but you may transfer your place to another person by emailing Brand B with their name. If Brand B cancels or significantly changes a workshop, you may choose another available session or receive a full refund. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
